Volunteer

Interested in volunteering to help us out during this years festival?

Here’s what you’ll get:
- free VIP ticket to the festival
- free 2011 HJM festival shirt
- a lifetime of love from your fellow HJM friends

We need help in the following areas:

Street Team
- pre festival promotion
- pass out flyers at shows
- help hang flyers
- social media marketing
- we are open to suggestions

Setup crew (Friday night 11/11, Saturday morning 11/12)
- to help set up and decorate
- move stuff, hang stuff, carry stuff, etc.

Stage hands
- two 4 hour shifts
- you’ll be moving gear on/off stage and anything else the stage manager asks

Clean up crew
- 1am – 2am Sunday morning after the event
- help clean up after the event(during as well if you are really cool)

Door crew
- two 4 hour shifts
- pass out wristbands and goodies
- paint new comers
- welcoming committee

Art gallery crew
- two 4 hour shifts
- assist curator with moving/hanging art and any other needs
- cater to showcasing artists needs

Merch table crew
- two 4 hour shifts
- work at the merch table
- collect and document funds for bands, be cool

Mailing list signer upper / contacts collector
- two 4 hour shifts, you’ll be walking around collecting email names/addresses

Bret’s personal assistant
- definitely the best most exciting volunteer position
